It took me far too long to find genuinely high-quality merino thermals, but I finally stumbled across Ktena — and I’m so glad I did. I bought three pairs of their merino skins and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality and the affordable price. This is a premium product that easily outperforms the big-name brands like Macpac and Kathmandu, who usually sell poly-blend materials at outrageous prices. Ktena’s thermals are the real deal, and genuinely unmatched. Highly recommend.
My first order with Ktena and it won't be my last. The products I ordered - merino boxers and a merino long sleeve top are so comfy. I also sent a query about my order and received a very prompt and helpful reply. Very good customer service, which is a rare thing in 2025.
I purchased several pairs of long johns, but after just 4-5 washes, these wool ones have worn noticeably faster than the cotton ones.
I bought two sets of merino long sleeves and long johns online. The first time, one set was missing, and the second time, the sizes were wrong. This initially made me feel that the shopping experience was very bad. However, fortunately, they corrected their mistake in a timely manner. Overall, this is the kind of attitude that should be expected, and I appreciate their prompt remedy.
My wife and I went to Ktena in Oakleigh on Saturday with thoughts of purchasing a couple of their woollen thermal products. We met Denise on arrival who gave us fantastic service and went out of her way to make sure all the products fitted our needs perfectly.
