Really disappointed with lack of communication. I filed our small business taxes here last year with no issues. This year as a returning customer, it took a few phone calls to get a call back from Tammy. When she finally did call me a week or two later, she told me to send over all our paper work and she would be in touch to set up an appointment. Won’t return a phone call awful people
We went to these people last year to file our taxes. Gave them all necessary paperwork. Then was told I we did not include my school forms. Payed to file an extension gave them further documentation as requested we waited never a call. We followed up no one ever called us back. My wife and I have followed up several times and we cannot even get a call back just the runaround from the rude front desk women. We have no idea if our taxes have been filed what we owe or anything. Take your taxes elsewhere and read other comments ... read more
