I'm a client donnette covington I have not heard from anybody in over 2 weeks when rules say I'm supposed to have access to my money and my payee at all times this is unacceptable.
Never in and not a great place to trust they are dealing with almost a thousand people and only one person dealing with theoney the rest are volunteers non for profit for themselves
I became representative payee for a friend who used to have to go through KTB. Even explaining the situation to Social security, at the office, the woman stated, you have to understand all these people have mental problems and aren't easy to deal with and do not know what is going on. Exactly what was said, so very sad!! I didn't even know how to respond honestly, I never expected to hear that at all!! I’m going to say this from my own experience with them I I am a client of theirs and I’ve been reviewing all the reviews on this company and it is so true what everybody is saying about Kim and KTB because right now I’m homeless staying with people and I paid them $54 a month To write out two checks and I’m really tired of them because I had recently got a lump sum deposited into my account and they’re telling me I can’t touch it due to social Security, but this is my backpay from Social Security messing up and now I had no ... read more
