I was very happy about I got my stuff so early than compared to others and was happy using their service, but just after few days I realised my freezer door corner chip was broken. Upon calling them they won’t take any responsibility. Because I didn’t took insurance because I was trying to save my money and trusting on their services. I was like what’s the point of getting stuff earlier but damaged. I won’t recommend KTMoller. He was trying to convince me that it can’t happen during transit. KT Moller were outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and made the whole process of moving across the country from Denmark WA to The Sunshine Coast, easy. The Depot Manager Shane, went above and beyond with storage solutions and the whole team were a great bunch of humans - even offering to open up on a day off so we could collect our vehicle. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. KARL IS FULL OF LIES.... WAREHOUSE FIRE LOST 14. YEARS OF MY LIFE..DID NOT PAY ME 1 DOLLAR. INSTEAD HIM AND HIS SHODDY INSURANCE COMPANY TRIED THERE BEST TO GET OUT OF PAYING FOR MY LOSSES IN PERTH, AND 6 OTHERS!..... THEY HAD NO INSURANCE BUT TOLD US ALL THEH DID!.. HE IS A SCAMMER LIAR AND CORRUPT A HOLE!.... LOST $150 WORTH OF FURNITURE AND TRADESMAN TOOLS. RECIEVED NOTHING FROM HIM. Very unprofessional people to deal with poor customer service. I wouldn't use them again.
