I had an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage. Kristy was really thorough, asked me questions on where I was feeling pains and she helped relieve them. I’ll definitely be returning.

Kristy is an incredibly talented massage therapist with an exceptional attitude and wealth of knowledge in massage therapy. I cannot recommend Kristy enough. I’ve had chronic lower back pain for years and with just 3 treatments Kristy was able to make it almost disappear completely! I see her once every two weeks and it has been a life changer, I have a more positive attitude durning the day and some of the best sleep I’ve had in years!

Kristy was very professional and thorough in her work while maintaining a very relaxing and comfortable environment. Not only did she address current problems but also provided stretches to practice at home for maintaining the work she had done! She has a wide range of skills she uses proficiently such as hot stones, Graston techniques and cupping to enhance her work. I highly recommend her and the work she does!

Kristy takes time to learn what the patient’s concerns are, and adjusts her modalities and pressures accordingly. She is very informative explaining what she is doing as she works on different muscle groups, and offers advice on stretches to perform between visits. I have gone to other massage therapists before, but never with any regularity as they didn’t seem to be effective. I’m now a repeat customer at KT Align Massage Therapy, and look forward to future visits.
