I had a great time at Kota hair salon. Kota was very professional and did an amazing job on my hair. The products they used were high quality and made my hair feel so soft and healthy. Everyone there was super friendly, which made me feel really comfortable. The massage chair during the shampoo was unbelievable – so relaxing! They even had snacks and cold water, which was a nice touch. I’m really happy with the whole experience and will definitely be going back. Kota is now my go-to salon!
Absolutely recommend Kota! Friendly, professional and excellent service in a lovely space in a convenient location - I have had Japanese straightening at many different salons all over Sydney, and while most were fine, none had the exceptional service that Kota offers. This will now be my preferred salon and I have recommended to all my friends :) I was even offered cute little delicious Japanese snacks!
I had my hair straightened and cut today by Chika. She was friendly and gave me a lovely hair cut. The price for the straightening was a bit more expensive than I anticipated because my hair regrowth was longer. Overall, I highly recommend :)
I got a star treatment at Kota Sato Hair Design I got treats and wine and my hair feels great and I love the colour too. I always feel great coming out of their salon. My hair is majestic. I love it! Thank you Kota
Very patient, precise, lovely staff and did exactly what I wanted, been to 3 different salons this year and this is the only one that got my hair right! So reasonably priced also
