I’ve had many waxes but love Ksenia’s! Sarah is amazing! She is gentle and very knowledgeable! She is always sweet and ready to answer my questions. She is very honest about the effectiveness of certain treatments on melanated skin. I trust her recommendations and have seen results (intimate bleaching. I get a variety of waxing services here and have had a great experience with Jessica R each time I come! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease at each appointment. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her and the Ksenia Salon!
I originally left a not-so-good review after my first experience, and honestly, I did not think I would come back. But Ksenia, the owner, personally reached out to me and sincerely asked for a second opportunity to make things right.
