I’ve had many waxes but love Ksenia’s! Sarah is amazing! She is gentle and very knowledgeable! She is always sweet and ready to answer my questions. She is very honest about the effectiveness of certain treatments on melanated skin. I trust her recommendations and have seen results (intimate bleaching. I get a variety of waxing services here and have had a great experience with Jessica R each time I come! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease at each appointment. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her and the Ksenia Salon!
I originally left a not-so-good review after my first experience, and honestly, I did not think I would come back. But Ksenia, the owner, personally reached out to me and sincerely asked for a second opportunity to make things right. I had the BEST experience at Ksenia’s Skin Care & Waxing Salon! As a first-timer for a Brazilian, I was honestly a little nervous—but Sarah made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ksenia is the best! She is so professional and makes every treatment feel relaxing. She truly cares about each of her clients, I would never go anywhere else. The new studio is beautiful with a calming, spa atmosphere!
