Was referred to Katie from attorney who doesn’t do real estate. FSBO and needed attorney to help with paperwork. She was responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we accepted a buyer without an agent and the day before closing the bank declined to fund buyer. Things got really messy after that. Katie became escrow manager by default because there wasn’t anyone to fill the role. We had to find another attorney.
We have recommended Katie Walker for several of our closings with clients and always been very happy with the service. Her staff is always helpful and everyone has been extremally satisficed with our recommendation. We hope to work with them again soon.
