Was referred to Katie from attorney who doesn’t do real estate. FSBO and needed attorney to help with paperwork. She was responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we accepted a buyer without an agent and the day before closing the bank declined to fund buyer. Things got really messy after that. Katie became escrow manager by default because there wasn’t anyone to fill the role. We had to find another attorney.

My mother passed away and her estate needed to be closed. Katie and her team completed the final accounting of documents and filings. My mother's estate was handled in an expeditious manner and we were very pleased. Katie's follow-up and attention to detail is "bar none". We have also used K.S.
