For the most of it this bank has been good to us. But I my made a stop payment on an item . But it with through we got charge for the stop fee still . We should be refunded at least the stop fee. Even the banker on the phone saind it should have work . Well now they just told us they would close are account. Because of too many disputes. So should I not saind anything and let them just take are money. Their new ATMs don't accept deposits. Seems like a step backwards for customer service.
After the lobby closes, they always leave just one person to handle all the after work traffic in the drive through. With 4 windows, it backs up really fast and the wait is insanely long.
Hello all. I have been a customer of l state and overall they have been good. I have a recent concern in which I experienced fraud and needed funds returned to my account. I was informed that it hasn’t go through the fraud protection department which I understand but 7 to 10 business days to get my funds back seems Lengthy , also I have other bills I need to pay as well so this hinderance makes it difficult. I wish they could Just issue a provisional Credit right away
