Excellent Bankers
Wrote a check for 25 and this bank takes 75 out of my account. Both Mandy and Kyle in the "customer care" team were helpless. Will be filling with the CFPB, FDIC, and OSBC.
I have experienced wonderful customer care over many years.I usually don't do rrviews, but I'm posting this because I was so astonished to see some bad reviews.
Have had accounts with them since 1997. Wonderful service and exceptional staff. Lately Marcus has been the teller I've worked with, he's excellent. Always friendly, professional and takes the time to ensure everything is correct. Can't say enough how pleased we've always been with the entire staff and the services they provide. Highly recommend! They're the best.
DO NOT BANK HERE! They lie and steal your money. Each person you talk to gives you a different answer! STEALING must be their motto!!
