I do all my small business banking here. 4 years in and KS Bank is top notch! Staff is always friendly and prompt when I need help. Thank you Noah, Nikki, Shannon, and Angel for taking care of me daily!
Great staff at the branches I frequently visit. Selma, Smithfield, and Four Oaks. All of their staff members are kind and courteous, they always make me feel welcome and are always glad to help. Overall a great bank to do business with. Great job!!!!!

The gentleman teller I dealt with has great and friendly customer service. Nikki the ready to argue teller next to him needs to take a customer service class asap. Whether your manager likes a customer or not she should have handled this situation professionally.
