My exam got suspended three times, my video works fine and the internet speed is good still got suspended for technical issues. Support wait time is horrible to relaunch an exam. I spent almost 3 hours just waiting for support every time it was around 45 minutes. This is the third certification that I am giving online and didn't face any difficulties before but this time it's horrible. Never taking the online again!!
absolute trash, you work your butt off to study, do all the pre exam technical checks just for them to stop the exam due to video not uploading to them. what a trash experience.
Totally moronic experience. Went for an exam for ASTQB conducted by Kryterion. Their SW did not work, and when that got working they provided a SW which does not have the scratch tool that is part of the provisions. When I complained they said they are sorry but they cannot do anything as it is a technical glitch. I had to agree. Then the Proctor kept on kicking me out of the session as saying he could not hear my surrondings. I talked to technical support and they said issue is fixed.
