I recently had a spa day at Krystyna's European Spa. I have to say, it's a great little place on Southfield Road. I'd never noticed the building, but what a pleasant surprise when you walk in. It's like a hidden treasure of peace and relaxation. Love it. I had a massage, a facial and a mani-pedi. I have been to Krystyna's spa many times for facials, massages, and manicures and pedicures. I was referred to them by a friend. I have found them to be extremely professional and well-trained. I saw some of the negative remarks and that compelled me to write. I don't go often because I am on a budget, but I'd rather have fewer treatments of higher quality, and I believe that is what I get here. The place is lovely and relaxing. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORST SPA EVER!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!! Never in my entire life have I been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as I did at Krystyna's Spa.
