Excellent selection of dresses. The ladies that work here are all lovely and attentive. Came here with my 16yo daughter and she said they made her feel so at ease. She thought it'd be like the scene from pretty woman when they are snobish, but she was pleasantly surprised. Honestly love the morals and atmosphere of this boutique. Highly recommend

Krystalls boutique is truly a gem! The staff are wonderful and so supportive, the dress collection is beautiful. Im so happy with my prom dress, the team made me feel special and their customer service is amazing!

We had such an amazing experience with Krystalls Boutique! The staff were absolutely fantastic! My daughter didn't know what she wanted when we arrived and they spent so much time making sure she found the perfect dress for prom! You get a one to one appointment with a consultant but as we arrived just before lunch we ended up with another 2! Will be back in 4 years for the next one 😂

Such a lovely shop and friendly staff. There was no limit on the amount of dresses my daughter tried on (and there was loads). Communication throughout was good. Have loved seeing all the pics of the girls at their proms, making each girl feel special. The icing on the cake for me was the personal text on the day wishing my daughter the most amazing prom. Thank you so much Krystals Boutique. I will definitely be recommending you to other parents

We had such a great experience at Krystalls. The staff made our daughter feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble; we never felt rushed or pressured. Kristy even sourced a dress for us that she didn’t have in stock, having seen our daughter’s taste/style. Would highly recommend for prom dresses.
