Coming to pick the prom dress was a very special time for both daughter and parent. I found it so lovely and quite emotional seeing my daughter presented to me in many beautiful dresses. Purchased prom dresses for both my daughters from Krystal’s Boutique. Good location, lovely bright and airy shop with lots of choice for beautiful dresses. Staff are very friendly, helpful and not pushy. The whole experience was really pleasant and everything was well organised. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent selection of dresses. The ladies that work here are all lovely and attentive. Came here with my 16yo daughter and she said they made her feel so at ease. She thought it'd be like the scene from pretty woman when they are snobish, but she was pleasantly surprised. Honestly love the morals and atmosphere of this boutique. Highly recommend

We came yesterday to find a prom dress for my daughter. From beginning to end the lady helping us was amazing. My daughter was completely out of her comfort zone and very emotional but our lady was brilliant with us, helping her to feel at ease, helping her to realise that she like the all the other girls looks beautiful too. We had a real rolercoaster appointment. I'd just like to say from the bottom of my heart thankyou for making what was a stressful experience for my daughter so much less so.
