Sent my wife and daughter for girl time. Very pushy and misleading. Starts doing work BEFORE explaining extra cost. Are businesses not supposed to disclose additional costs BEFORE starting? The nail tech also did not listen to a word her paying customer said. Aren't you supposed to listen to what your customers tell you they want? Instead of doing what you want? That is very unprofessional. The fact that it has extra cost is not the issue, the fact that you commence work before explaining is unacceptable.
Hands down, the best place to get your nails done. Always greeted with lots of smiles and they always offer me something to drink when I am seated Almost always right away too I don’t have to wait. They make you feel welcome, the staff are always so friendly, Services are fantastic, they really focus on making your nails perfect for you and they don’t rush you just to get the appointment over. One time I needed the nail polish fixed up on one nail and they did it Free of charge, and I found that very sweet of them. Beautiful... read more
Maria is absolutely the BEST! Every time she does my nails, she goes above and beyond my expectations. I can bring her a picture of what I’m envisioning, and somehow she brings it to life even better than I imagined! She’s incredibly talented, creative, and always makes sure I leave loving my nails. I highly recommend Maria!
