As I walk in , I feel very relaxed! Another amazing finished creation on my nails. John is my go to as his touch is soft and he all straps are followed. I have never had to go back with a broken nails. I say that is worth the cost of beautiful nails!
employees and services here are super hit or miss. they over-processed my lash lift, their manicure and pedicures peel off after a week of wear, i'd save my money and go somewhere more consistent.
I am very disappointed with Krystal Beauty in Chelmsford, they not only damaged my nails severely, and left me with bruised nail beds, but the job she did was also terrible. Lumpy/bumpy not even etc. I went somewhere else to get a refill and was denied because of how badly bruised my nail beds were. I can physically see the bruising.
I went in for a waxing appointment and the woman providing the waxing services did not do a good job to say the least. I had to ask her repeatedly to remove more hair as there were multiple hairs left behind under my armpits. I finally had enough and left, still having hair left behind. I now have to pluck the remaining hair. I will not be returning. I also forgot to mention she did my Brazilian as well and finished off by lathering in a bunch of lotion where lotion out not to be.
