Terrible, ordered a scooter and two days in it says "REFUNDED" I was looking forward to the scooter and needed it as quickly as possible, outrageous. Paid $10 for accelerated shipping and was not refunded that .5/10 wouldn't recommend.
Absolutely floored by the customer service of this company. I ordered an Envy scooter from Amazon and in three weeks it hadn't shipped. With birthdays quickly approaching I started the search for a different scooter company. Insert Kryptic. Not only did I get the scooter my daughter wanted, I went ahead and purchased my stepson a scooter as well. They even shipped them overnight. All my kids scooter needs will come from this company now and I'll make sure everyone knows about them.
