Took my money for a 3 session cryotherapy promotional deal in August, closed for Labor day, and haven't opened back up since. Phone goes straight to voicemail and won't respond to emails. Looks like they take money and run! Crazykat- I called my credit card company and I am challenging the kryoX charge. They were receptive to what had happened. Maybe try the same thing?

I was a satisfied customer at Kryolife/Kryo X for about a year and a half. I thought it was the best until I bought a package deal which amounted to more than $1,000 at the end of July 2018. I was ripped off for the whole amount. It was the nicest cryotherapy establishment I had ever seen and the address was 6th Ave and 57th Street, so I really didn't expect what happened to me. Another reviewer, Tommy< describes very accurately what they did. Ouch!
