I like Daniel as a person and individual...but I think in a court of law he was inefficient as my defense attorney...and in my jury trial..really had not enough experience to take on the ADA...in fact...I think he was intimidated and or in the pockets....probably the latter...sad but true...paid money up front but it continued into a year plus he had no desire or ambition to fight my defense...goes to show..money talks....He should have won my case ...after a year's time and all inclusive reports.

Dan is not only exceptional at what he does, he is also a genuine and kind soul. I was facing a very difficult situation and some charges (false charges I might add) that would have left a hefty scar. He worked diligently on getting my case dismissed, and just yesterday it was dismissed! Words cannot express my gratitude. I am also very fond of his receptionist, Sam. She is so warm and kind. I remember showing up at the office unannounced, she had only met me once and she remembered my name and made small conversation to mak... read more
