We moved 9/6, granted it was 94 degrees but it was very unorganized. They forgot to pack items the day before so they were behind schedule. They forgot several items when they left. They broke my footboard. That was all ok until I called Bill in dispatch. He has to be the most rude, sarcastic and misogynistic man I have ever had to talk with, I had my son call 3 times but he didn’t call him, he called me. He shouldn’t be employed at Krupps.

Columbus,Ohio- We had a very poor experience with Krupp moving unfortunately. The crew was 3 hours late putting us behind schedule for an out of state move. I was told when I scheduled the Uhaul load that if we provided the blankets and padding, Krupp movers would pad and plastic wrap furniture after loading to protect it in the moving truck. The crew told me they did not bring any supplies and would not do this. Several pieces of our expensive and antique furniture was damaged in the truck. They also badly damaged a stairn... read more

Mike, Bill, Garrison and Jakob, hope I remembered all of their names were fantastic. They took care of moving friends of ours and assisted me with loading a table and chairs, this move was huge. Pride was taken with each piece as it was being loaded in the truck and their positive attitudes about driving it to the next location was amazing. True hard working crew and will definitely refer. I run a hotel so I definitely saw dedication to what they were doing and it should be much appreciated and rewarded. Thank you boys.....

Vern, Jon C, and Brenden were a great crew from Krupp Moving and Storage! We had a limited timeframe to get property from one location to another, and they were on it - super easy to work with and new exactly how to pack to maximize space. I would definitely recommend this crew.

Dave, Trevor, Mike Smith, and Brendan did an excellent job. They arrived on time, got right to work, and stayed focused the whole time. They took care to ensure my belongings were well protected. My belongings are at the Krupp wharehouse. It would be nice to see those four again when my belongings are transported to my new home. Dave R.

Vern And Dave moved my uncle from Orrville to an alliance retirement home on 04/22/17. The guys were early, professional, friendly and careful with all the items packed. The guys were hard workers and went out of their way to ensure items were packed carefully and safely. Vern and Dave made a very difficult situation easier and better by allowing my uncle multiple choices on what needed to be packed. Vern and Dave, thank you for making a difficult situation a little easier.
