We placed an order through Joanie with an estimated 2-3 week completion time. Less than 5 days passed and the order was complete and ready for pick up! That kind of turn around time is almost unheard of nowadays. Joanie was quick to respond, never left a question unanswered and was extremely pleasant to work with.
