Kris was amazing! She gave our family incredible service. The vehicles were very clean, and the rental rates were the best in Sarasota. The customer service was the best I have ever received from a car rental location. If traveling to Sarasota and need a rental car, call this location first you will not be disappointed! Will never use another car rental service in Sarasota!

So far (still renting but inspired to leave a review) really good. Professional, while very low key, uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend.
Kris was amazing to work with. She made everything easy for us and gave us exceptional service. We will definitely rent from her again and refer our friends.
Although the online booking system allowed us to book when they were out of cars (as were all other locations in the area) Kris was extremely understanding and remained calm (as there was an overwhelming number of clients trying to rent) she took our names and personally called us when a car became available.
