I rarely leave reviews unless the experience is bad enough that I would not want to deal with the company again—and unfortunately, this is one of those cases. My experience with Avis Budget Group has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating. Incredible service on short notice at a great price. This will be my go-to place for rentals in the area!
Kris was amazing! She gave our family incredible service. The vehicles were very clean, and the rental rates were the best in Sarasota. The customer service was the best I have ever received from a car rental location. If traveling to Sarasota and need a rental car, call this location first you will not be disappointed! Will never use another car rental service in Sarasota!
