I do not recommend Andrew nor Art we hired them because they told us the were property management.Boy were we wrong we trusted them our first mistake. We own an apartment complex in Sherman Oaks we owned them free and clear. They recommend we update a few of our unites so we did they also recommend we take out a loan to pay for remodeling.
