I do not recommend Andrew nor Art we hired them because they told us the were property management.Boy were we wrong we trusted them our first mistake. We own an apartment complex in Sherman Oaks we owned them free and clear. They recommend we update a few of our unites so we did they also recommend we take out a loan to pay for remodeling. After our CPA of 30 years retired and sold to a new owner, we went from having best-of-class service to being ghosted and missing this year's filing. Thankfully, we found Krowne! My father, who was a CPA himself, arranged for Barry to serve as my mothers CPA when he passed away. When I stepped in to care for my mother while she was on hospice, I began working with Barry as I managed my mother’s affairs.
