I can not say enough good things about Krooz E-Bikes. I made the mistake of buying an e-bike online, and it was supposed to come 90% assembled. It came with no keys, no peddles, no headlight, a bad controller, and a bad odometer (I could've paid $300 to ship it back to China, but then I'd have nothing). Jay at Krooz was the BEST! He genuinely cared. Jay helped me fix an E-Bike that I didn't even buy from him (because I didn't know about them yet). The bikes they sell in their store are on a whole nother (highest) level.
