WARNING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE KROOKS!!! I declined to hire Cozen O'Connor because I was unsatisfied with answers I received to several questions I had regarding an estate issue. I paid my initial consultation bill in full but when I declined to hire them I received an email with no invoice, just blankly stating that since I declined to go with them I owed them $420. Unprofessional!!! Definitely doing favors to "other side" after paying thousands of dollars every month for last year he has done nothing!!! Do not use this service, it's terrible
I had a bad feeling when I first spoke to his attorney. My mother hired him to create advance directives. She's 89 years old with dementia. He was really rude to me, the older daughter. He just wasn't kind. I believe he directed my mother to choose her power of attorney. Again, my mom has dementia so it didn't seem right to me.
