You can never get in touch with anyone. When you do they are very rude. Half the time we don't know what our bill is until some one shows up with a shut off notice. There website to pay works half the time. You cant trust them with cash at all. 90% of people dont get checks so you have no way to pay your bill. The water qaulity is horrible. The chlorine is terrible. They wont fix anything on the account!
Read your water quality report. When this water doesnt smell like rotten eggs its so pungent with chlorine it burns your eyes. Always problems with water pressure and foul smells. Going to just build a well this is ridiculous. Ps. When they dump chlorine in the water like they do dont water your plants. They will die. But drink up.
