Just had a pair of men's dress shoes repaired there. The gentlemen was very friendly. When I dropped them off he told me what needed to be repaired (heels and soles), how much it would cost ($55 plus tax) and that he was little backed up at the time. Therefore it would take a couple days longer. He estimated a week and half. He called me a week and half later to say everything was done. I picked up the shoes yesterday.
