Charles at the money counter at 5:25pm was incredibly rude and condescending, outrageous behavior from a Kroger employee. Treating me like I’m a naughty 5 year old for trying to cash a check and refusing to answer my politely asked questions. Mr Charles clearly does not like his job, and should not be in a customer facing role, at his age he should absolutely know how to treat people with respect.
I've gotten a money order here once, back in June 2025. The lady working was nice. However, every single time I've gone up here or called since then absolutely nobody has been at the desk. No phone calls are answered, and the employees will walk past the line looking annoyed. People use the service counter to pay their rent, and honestly this Kroger wouldn't even be good as a last resort. Try the post office or the Kroger on summer, hell even Mendenhall Kroger.
