Called them to confirm that my check was fine that they had marked out the address and was told yes since it was just the address. Then I showed up and the told me he couldn't. I explained that they told me it was ok and he just said nope. Should have believed the other reviews.
Was straight up told by an employee they don’t do cashiers checks or money orders when they’re is advertising that they do
Terrible customer service they make you wait forever and they can’t even cash your checks because theyre machines don’t work and they always need to ask another Employee to assist them because they aren’t capable on their own
Customer Services Closes at 8 not 9 change your online hours extremely frustrating going up there to pay a bill only to be told very rudely that customer service is closed and when i asked about the hour discrepancy online she told me i don't know what to tell you i don't make the rules
