Great customer service
Don't cash hand written checks
Went to cash a check here & they told us we couldn’t do it because we just moved here and have a Virginia ID. They told us they needed a local ID. I understand if that’s your policy, but an ID is an ID either way. You mean, we can come to Texas and work but can’t come in and cash a check because we just moved here? When 2 weeks ago THE SAME Kroger cashed a check for us with a VA ID.
