The cashiers are just mean for no reason. No eye contact, always on cell phones. The last time I got a hostile glare for asking a question at self checkout. I usually try to avoid this Kroger unless I’m in a hurry because it’s in the neighborhood. They’ve had customer service issues for over a year and no one seems to care. If Publix opens a location nearby, the people in Hurstbourne and Plainview are going to abandon this store so fast. Good luck ever getting through to the bakery!! You can only try so many times, so many days. Forget it!!
Super rude, hostile, and impatient staff—acted like I owed her money or something. Honestly felt like they just wanted to kick everyone out so they wouldn’t have to do their jobs.
Just go up the road to Taylorsville kroger, this place is a quarter the size and has double the employees, but twice as slow somehow.
Kelly wasn’t very helpful selling gift cards, so if your are buying for your employees to treat them nicely don’t come here, even Tim the manager profiled me for suspicious behavior, buying 2k in gift cards “come on”. Nonsense, and 0 desire to help a customer. I’ll have to drive to another store and buy them, thanks for wasting my time. Have a good one!
