Absolutely horrible store layout - looks like it was done by a bunch of drunks. The aisles don't go straight through to the back of store; instead they're broken into 3 offset "aisles" each with a different aisle number. Even if you know the aisle number that you need, finding it is a problem. You can't see the back aisle numbers from the front or vice versa. As bad as Walmart is, at least I can find their aisle numbers. I don't intend to come back here; it's crazy.
I drive past two other locations to come to this location. Whoever did this, needs a raise.
Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes trying to contact someone in the store and nobody will answer the phone. I have now called up there 10 times. Why is there not a single employee at the establishment that can answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Update: I HAVE NOW CALLED AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER, FRONT DESK, and CUSTOMER SERVICE…….. no response. “I don’t care if a customer complains, I’m closing the store early” is a direct quote from the night manager on 9/23/26 After months of changing tags, random price changes, construction sounds and smells, and locking the internal door 15+ mins before closing - this really sums up the attitude of management at the store. ‘I don’t care about the customer’
Frequent kroger shopper at various locations. 1st time experience here was quick, quiet, uneventful, enjoyable, until I walked to the front end of the produce, looked over to find an area of the store roped off, with a lady in the corner who made sure to yell out at me store was closing in 5. I looked over, nodded, put the things I had in my arms down, then left. Alright. That's fine.
