Avoid at all costs between the first and 10th of the month, otherwise not too bad, super busy between the dates I stated
After shopping at this store for over 35 years, I go to check out with a cart full of groceries and am told that I have to go to the self-checkout section. I will not do that. Kroger has lost a lifelong customer and obviously had to pay an employee to take back all the items that were in that cart. I would rather travel 30 miles to a store that offers checkout service than to patronize this store in the future.
The staff at this Kroger are exceptional. Our dog had an accident in the car on our road trip through WV and we stopped at this Kroger to clean the car up. Not only did a Kroger security guard help us find everything we needed, he helped us clean the car for over an hour. Great service.
