It doesn’t make sense every time I come there and do a pickup order, cars are parked and unattended and it’s not fair for those that has done a order for pickup and nothing get done about it! That defeats the purpose of having a place for pickup because you still have to park on the side or behind the cars that are parked un attended!
I visited three Kroger stores on that day. The floral department at the Dexter/Germantown Pkwy store was short staffed on their busiest day of the year. Only one person working during my visit. His was rude; I guess for being stressed from all the customers. I went to the store down the street at Trinity and Germantown Pkwy; they had more than enough staff to assist customers.
Came in and bought some items. The member service is Latoya and Janice A and Janice M are so sweet including all of the member service love this store
