If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. Use all other locations, never had any problems nowhere als.
Worst customer service experience ever!…Kroger claims to have a freshness guarantee; however, I purchased a bag of wild caught frozen salmon that was bad…I took it back to the store for a return…I walked up to customer service and asked if anyone was working…The lady replied that they didn’t open until 8 am and walked away…I looked at my phone it was 7:59…I stood there and she came back at 8:06 no acknowledgment moving from register to register I’m assuming she was logging in…several minutes go by and she finally dryly asks ... read more
