Either this place is very short staffed or the staffing need more training. I came here early morning at 9am to get my membership card set up, but no one is there. I waited a little bit and noticed a camera...no one came out. I went to the front to ask the a few staff members to see if anyone was working the customer service desk. Like others have experienced, we were asked for two forms of ID for both my boyfriend and I who are in our 30s. This is already very odd as I've NEVER had someone ask for two forms of ID, and I've been to Miami during college breaks! Then when we asked why, she said "because I can ask if I want to." I just felt kind of flabbergasted at how rude and snappy she was about it. She also took at least 3 minutes or more to even check our IDs because she wasn't paying any attention.
