Maybe we should quit shopping here as they apparently can’t afford cashiers. I.E., they care more about the bottom line than customer service.
A store this size should have more than one cashier. There is no reason my only options are to do the work myself, or wait in line for 30 minutes. I don't work at the store. I shouldn't be scanning my items and bagging it up while the employees just stand around chatting. There is a clear lack or management or leadership at this location.
Clean atmosphere. Nice employees. Self checkout is not the most fun but saves time with small orders.
