Loraine is a gem, knows her stuff and has a good sense of humour. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what the process entails or any understanding of the legal jargon that was being thrown around. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I would definitely use her again.
This office was recommended to me by a close friend however we feel let down. Communication needs to be much better regarding conveyancing, as it is a very stressful and confusing process for people who aren’t experienced. We used this office for a property sale, and then again for a property purchase - for convenience. Loraine was friendly but the lead solicitor came across very condescending when myself and my bank spoke to her.
