Purchased from value city in 2022. The seams all came apart! We are two senior citizens. So we are not hard on furniture. It was so expensive and now it’s an embarrassment buyer beware! Even with the warranty value city refused to stand behind this horrible manufacturing! I am spending big $$ replacing covers. So sad for me.
I’ve worked here long enough to see that this company has major issues with management and fairness in policies, especially in the cutting/sewing department. The point system is extremely unforgiving—especially for working parents who are doing their best to manage responsibilities. Purchased a sofa and love seat set from Value City furniture. It's poly that looks like leather. 5 years later, it's peeling horribly. It actually started peeling last year. We called Value City and left a message, but no one returned the call, and we got busy with other issues. We are not hard on furniture as we don't have children and seldom even use the love seat. We're embarrassed to invite anyone over. We purchased protection but it expired in February. We now have to shop for a new set after 5 years of owning this set.... read more
I bought a couple pieces of their plush set for my apartment. Had them made in the Grey. Since day one I complained about the feathers poking through and poking you all the time. Also the sag in the center. It has been 5 years and they are the most uncomfortable pieces of future. Sag and poke you constantly. Trash.
