Linda Kroeger Baum said that I needed a 2nd attorney when she took my case so she recommended Linda Tucker Moir in Sandusky. Between the 2 of them they were paid a total of $ 32,000.00 and it took 3 years to just get to mediation. I had concerns about the mediation settlement while we were in mediation. They told me that we would worry about my concerns later. Once mediation was over they did not make sure that all terms of mediation were met and settled and washed their hands of us when my concerns came to fruition.
I went in to ask for an appointment on a matter I needed advice on. The gentleman was very quick to cut me off and seemed like I was inconveniencing his time and did schedule me an appointment but it felt like he wanted me gone as soon as possible. Absolutely unprofessional.
Linda is best attorney. She instantly knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to accomplish this in a timely and professional manner.
Seems he doesn't do the best he can to represent his clients and tries to get them to plea no contest or guilty even when they are innocent. He makes agreements with the court without his clients consent and makes them look bad.
Kevin is a good attorney. He is a little reserved which made me doubt. But I was wrong. He is very kind and professional also.
