These People are idiots!.. I took a day off work to come see them & set up a appointment. I have multiple tax returns (big job) that I need taken care of. # 1: they do not give you the option to communicate on there website, by simple email?? Strange / Unprofessional. # 2: I stopped by the office, because they do not take basic emails, and I was stopped in the lobby by a very rude unprofessional, who said I could not pop in to set up a appointment??..
