Terrible experience with this individual on a simple cash closing. Save yourself the headache and use a title company that knows what they're doing. Zero follow up, abysmal communication. She couldn't be bothered greeting my client who drove 1.5 hours whilst sitting in her office. Do not recommend.
Worst closing company I have ever seen. They talk down to you, there is a lack of communication and it takes days to return calls. I call on a Friday because they did not have wiring or mailing instructions to send funds to. Received an Emil 3 business days later and 1 day after closing. After 25 yrs of running mortgage teams and flipping 100s of homes in the us. This company I would avoid at all costs.
