She set up a variable mortgage for me at 1.4% end of 2021 and was adamant that she would reach out if the rate environment would change. I reached out to her feb 2022 asking if we should lock in to a fixed rate as they started climbing. She said no. Not once did she ever reach out to me to lock in like she said I would. I’m now paying 6.2%… I’m very disappointed that she never followed up as she advertised she would.
