Kristi is a thoughtful and highly skilled practitioner who administers acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines to address my needs. I started seeing Kristi more than 2 years ago with early signs of perimenopause. She was patient, empathic and knowledgeable; my acupuncture sessions with Kristi helped ease many of my symptoms in both expected and unexpected (positive) ways! One of my favorite things about my sessions was how much of my brain fog lifted and how much clarity I was able to attain during and afterward. I continue to see Kristi regularly and fully recommend her!
