Meeting with an attorney is typically not on the top of a "want to do" list, but I have to say, Kristi has been incredible. She is easy to speak to, doesn't speak over your head and helps to explain what she is recommending. So glad I found her. Highly recommend her. As far as who I recommend contact her? Anyone looking to protect their property and especially parents of special needs kids/adults. Knowing Kristi specializes in special needs trusts, sealed the deal for us.
I highly recommend Kristi Hancock as a Trust lawyer. She explained everything we needed to know about opening a Trust versus a Will. From the initial consultation meeting to finalizing our documents, Kristi made everything run smoothly.
As an aging adult I felt it was time to take care of my after life planning. Setting up a trust or a will became a priority. After meeting with Kristi I was impressed with her knowledge and advice. Kristi set up my family planning professionally and promptly. I highly recommend talking with her about what is best for you and your family!
She helped me put together my trust/will package quickly. It was great that she had multiple ways of getting appointments done - I utilized video and did my signing at her office, but she was also able to come to my home if I had preferred that.
