Kristen is a fabulous Rolfer. She listens to me about what issues I am having in my body and then addresses them methodically and also with curiosity to find the stuck places. Her fingers are magic! Her work space is comfortable and private. I first went to see her for pain in my hip and knee. In one session that issue was addressed and has not returned.
