We came to Kristen to get our wills and other paperwork taken care of. She is absolutely fantastic. Did not rush us through, answered all our questions. We have already recommended our friends to her.
Kristen suggested that my sister and I to set up an irrevocable trust for my elderly mother. After researching this, there were hesitations in moving forward with doing this by one of us and we requested to not proceed with the trust. Kristen proceeded with the trust and charged my Mom $3500 despite us never signing it. After consulting with other estate attorneys, they agreed that this type of trust was not appropriate for my mother.
