I have used Kristen for a handful of years. Some years things went fine other than emails being ignored, other years not. After another bad experience I can no longer recommend her services. A couple of years ago I had prepaid for a special service she was offering one year where you pay in advance for her to correspond with the IRS if any mail came from them. An issue arose.
