Kristen is incredible to work with. Her balance between the honesty needed to work through hard issues and her gentle nature to feel safe doing so is therapeutic magic. I cant say enough positive things about her or how much she has helped me. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone-whether its working through trauma or looking to close the gap between the life hoped for and the life were just surrendering to.
Working with Kristen has been immensely helpful for me. I'm grateful for her support and guidance and I leave every session inspired. I've never had such a strong connection or experienced such rapid growth and personal insights with a therapist. I highly recommend working with her.
