Such a knowledgeable and friendly loan officer! Kristal was able to answer basically all my questions throughout the whole process and gave me plenty of details on other possibilities that I didn't even know existed. She even made time for my 9PM freakout calls when I couldn't figure out how the numbers worked anymore. Would highly recommend!
