Charges for photos in magazines and doesn't deliver or refund. This was the last communication my wife received regarding a photo shoot in 2023. The response references an incorrect name. Perhaps that is why they think our order was fulfilled. Our order has not been fulfilled almost three years later despite many follow up requests.

If i could leave no stars I would. My daughter did the fairy shoot back in fall of last year. I still have not received the picture they offered. I emailed several times. I finally got a response once I posted on Facebook. They gave an excuse that if you didn't purchase that it could take a little longer, At that point it had already been four months. I still have not received my picture and the pics were way to over priced for the quick rushed pictures taken! Seriously so disappointed

Top tier experience! Loved everything about the fairy garden photo shoot with my girls. She was patient with them and super friendly! Will definitely be going more shoots done by krissyKstudios!!!
