Worst service I've ever had so not go there by any means
They never have fresh food. They always claim that the fish and shrimp is all cooked in the morning and sold out by 12pm and they don't cook any more until the next day. The food is not hot. The popcorn chicken and biscuits were cold and hard. The flavor on the 8 piece mixed is good but they never have any sides or sauces to go with the food. I feel like a lot of these reviews are old! I recently went and my experience was good. The chicken was season well and fresh. They were out of Boudin balls, so that was a bummer but I had no problem with customer service at all. Give this place a try, it’s way better than Popeyes and churches.
They on it. Feels like they should get a security guard, because of the Women Working there.
Customer service is horrible here. The manager is an older lady that always has a bad attitude every time I’ve dealt with her. It seems like she’s always in a bad mood for no reason. It’s amazing that she still even has a job by the way she acts.
