Staff aren’t well versed in quality customer service. Exhibit A: I order my chicken and am quoted a wait of 4 minutes. Those 4 minutes go by and I notice more and more customers who ordered after me receive their finished order before me. After about 10-12 minutes of waiting I finally go up to the counter and ask for the eta on my order. The worker says they are all out of tenders and it’s gonna be 10 more minutes to make new tenders. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was beyond frustrating and needs to be shared. The man taking orders was rude, inattentive, and completely disorganized. He kept walking back and forth to the kitchen while I was trying to order, then came back asking me to repeat myself — and even after repeating, he still got it wrong. I ordered two 2-piece Crunch Box meals, which come with a small side and a biscuit. When he asked me what chicken pieces I wanted, I asked for the options.
